Elliott Plays Music in a Park
I am excited to share with you my newest experiment which is called Elliott Plays Music in Parks. This week it’s tacked onto my podcast so it’s easy to watch it.
I played in Sir Winston Churchill Park which is at the top of the “hill” that is Toronto. It’s a brutal hill for anyone who rides a bike, and it spans pretty much the whole middle section of the city.
There is also some good discussion before the music begins about some ideas I had picked up from the book Do Walk: Navigate earth, mind body, step by step by Libby DeLana
Here’s an album that I’ve listened to a few times while roaming the city lately. A live concert from the modern master of bossa nova and samba, Gilberto Gil.
My thought bubble for week: Rather than asking yourself what your ideal vision of the future is, why not ask yourself what your ideal vision for the present moment looks like instead?
See you next week 😀
