Have Some Tea with Elliott
Have you ever had one of those moments in the morning where you look in the mirror and you say, “you again?!”. Some days it feels like we are dragging around a bag of bones, similar to how Bill Murray’s character feels in Groundhog Day.
But every day is a new chance to find meaning. I truly believe that life only gets better as you get older for this reason.
And every week I sit down to do my podcast is a new week to experiment and try new things out. So by this metric, each podcast gets better and better.
Time for Tea and Reflection
Hang out with me in the void while I ask you questions and perform with a drone sound in the background.
If you want a podcast that gives you concrete information then you have come to the wrong place. If you are willing to try something new then come along for the ride.
You may also listen to sound only on any other podcast player.
Here is a video I made this week which I will file under “unsolicited advice” on the topic of cultivating the artist inside and being original.

Silent Syd is out on February 1st.

Your Bagels
We have two of your bagels to feature this week.
This is my fave weekly meal, the turkey club on everything bagel from Hale Coffee on Campbell Street. The coffee shop is right below my studio.

Here is Ninja Notion’s Rainbow Bagel from Oh What a Bagel on St. Clair Ave. W. (both bagels this week are in Toronto).
If you feel like going deeper into the bagel hole, here is a Tik Tok that Kate T. sent me which discusses 3 of the this guy’s favourite bagel places in Toronto. Do you agree with them?
Feel free to send me your Sunday Bagel or brunch equivalent if you live in a city that doesn’t make bagels, and let me know how you want to be credited.
Just reply back to the email with the photo.
Alright have a great week!
