What types of books or podcasts inspire you to be the best version of yourself?
What is the point of view that you take in your work, and how can you use time to continually refine that point of view?
What type of physical movement helps you come back into your body?
Reviewing your finances or stepping on the scale can be painful because these moments are reality staring you right in the face.
All your decisions have been distilled down to a number, whether you like the result or not.
What these times call for is not for us to check the news more often, they call for us to be more aware than ever of the decisions that we make, day after day, hour after hour.
Get right down to the level of minutes and seconds and see that this life is not dictated by the maniacs in power who dominate the headlines. This life that you are holding in the palm of your hand is dictated by your mind in concert with your body.
To the person who cries that they have no time, I will tell them: You have all the time in the world. You just fail to use it wisely.
