Govee Water Leak Sensors. My parents’ house is older and therefore it’s easy for water to end up in a corner of the basement. After the first incident this summer I got wise and installed these. Monday’s big rainfall triggered the alarm to my phone and email.

Free up a ton of Gmail Space. This is the secret that Google doesn’t want you to know or else you won’t buy their storage. Type unsubscribe before:2021 (or whatever year you want to set as the starting point) into the search bar. You will see all kinds of newsletters and transactional emails that you probably don’t need any more, going back to the start of your account. Now select all with the empty checkbox at the top which will select all conversations on page one. Then click Select all conversations that match this search. Delete. It will start collecting the emails into the Trash and then 30 days later they will be gone if you don’t empty the trash right away.
