Have you tried cold baths? Especially nice after a training (perhaps after bike riding too), they truly are dopamine boosting, I almost love the feeling of the adrenaline rush from the cold that I was hating so much when I tried them for the first time :)
Yes that is a great track, I have that on one of my playlists. I don't take cold baths, maybe because I thought i have to put ice in it for it to do the dopamine boost. I do however still take a cold shower most days, if only for the first 20 seconds. And I find it one of the most important parts of the daily routine.
