My walks include both ritual and newness. I have a creek I like to walk near my house. Sometimes I power walk it. Sometimes I run it. Sometimes I do it counter clockwise. Sometimes I do it in the pouring rain. Sometimes I do it when it's snowing. It's all the same, but it's all different. For me life is only mundane if we allow it to be. Thanks for sharing Elliot.

Zig zag. And then it is more of an amble than a walk

Love the idea of the amble, which would be like a flaneur wandering the streets.

New walking route every time here. Avoid patterns as much as possible, even if just by walking on the other side of the same old street.

Love the new piece Elliott, and the snack pack, thank you for making my Sunday morning.

I find ealking to be musical and this article is the most musical way to describe walking patterns. You have made a composition. Do you find music in walking?

Yes good point Yael. I sometimes I get ideas for songs and will record them in my phone for later. They often never make it to the computer though. Just limited to that walk and it’s fine.

My walks are usually around the neighborhood in a circle that includes the closest three parks with a focus/slowdown on the loveliest. I cannot get bored of it. There's always something different. And something the same. Last two weeks the walking patterns are between the rooms due to another quarantine, this time not because of a lockdown.

I love the new piece :)
