This week I wrote in one of my notebooks, “Don’t be afraid to embrace your inner motivational poster”. That poster might make you cringe but I know that everyone has something that they stand for and that they’re striving to achieve. This weekend I finished a new track that’s really upbeat and funky, but for my podcast what feels right to me is making relaxing music. It’s a chance to reconnect my inner cables.
I use my Pomodoro timer to give myself breaks. It's been years and it still works well for me.
